Though it has its downsides such as buggy graphics and "sticky walls", Daggerfall beta testers apparently swear that this is the better version and is definitely more fun to play. Eye Candy’s simple interface makes it easy, saving you loads of time in Photoshop. Realistic simulation of natural phenomena gives beautifully detailed results. It also allows for faster keyboard based movement & levitating up/down know no longer requires the PgUp/PgDn keys, but Insert/Delete. Eye Candy 6 is a set of 30 Photoshop filters that elegantly handle a wide range of design tasks, from slick Web interfaces to tasteful logos to spectacular titles. It has a woman character, no water, magic items, books and less "eye candy" in the dungeons and some new monsters, such as the giant bat, and an encounter with the UnderKing. It was released only in the European Version of the April 1994 PC Gamer and a CD-ROM of all Bethesda Software's products, the latter now being out of production. Drip, icicles, motion trail, perspective shadow, rust, diamond plate, animal fur, ripples, are some more text and texture effects but we will let you discover the rest. ![]() It was followed by the rarer Betony Demo. ![]() The Daggerfall Demo 1.0.181 was the second of three demos released in the months before Daggerfall's release, replacing the first demo, being perceived to be less buggy and a superior experience in comparison to its predecessor. ![]()
